These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.glass-squad.com (the "Site"), operated by Glass Squad ("Glass Squad," "we," "us" or "our"), a custom glass company based in Carrollton, Texas. By using the Site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our services

Glass Squad designs, fabricates, installs and maintains frameless shower enclosures, glass railing systems, glass countertops and surfaces, mirrors, and storefront and architectural glass for homes and businesses across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. The Site describes these services for general information.

Estimates and quotes

• Estimates requested through the Site are free and carry no obligation.
• Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee availability. We review each request, follow up to confirm scope, and arrange an on-site visit to measure.
• Any pricing is confirmed only in a written quote prepared after measuring your project. Final scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty are set out in that written quote or agreement, which governs the work if you accept it.
• Photos, descriptions and examples on the Site illustrate past work and typical options; they are not an offer for a specific price or result.

Your estimate request

Our estimate form is provided by Jobber, our scheduling and client-management provider. You agree to give accurate information and to request estimates only for property you own or are authorized to arrange work for. By submitting a request, you agree that we may contact you about it using the details you provide. How we handle that information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal or business purposes related to learning about and requesting our services. You agree not to:

• Interfere with the Site's operation or security, or attempt to access it by automated means in a way that burdens it;
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or requests on someone else's behalf without their permission;
• Copy, scrape or republish Site content except as allowed below.

Content and intellectual property

The Site's text, photographs of our work, graphics, logo and design belong to Glass Squad or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to Site pages, but you may not reproduce, modify or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (such as Jobber for estimate requests, and the analytics and advertising tools described in our Privacy Policy) and may link to other websites. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site is professional engineering, code-compliance or design advice for your specific property; that is confirmed during the on-site measure and in your written quote.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Squad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section applies to the Site only; responsibilities for work we perform are governed by your written quote or agreement and applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
